Q: Do you offer corporate rates?

Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: In compliance with Thai law, smoking of all types (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited in all indoor and air-conditioned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, and pool areas.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking zones (such as the parking area and clearly marked locations).
A fine of THB 2,000 applies for violations. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
Q: Can I bring a guest from outside the property? Is there a joiner fee?
A: Yes, non-registered guests may visit your room. A joiner fee of THB 1,000 per person per night applies. All joiners must present a valid ID card or passport at reception.
In compliance with Thai law, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing companions under 18 years old into hotel rooms. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and possible legal consequences.

A: A refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 per stay is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to room inspection. Please note that refund processing time may take up to three weeks, depending on your bank or payment provider.
